HeartDesign installed fake granite countertops in my kitchen. The countertops are 100 percent concrete with epoxy finish on the top. There were chips and cracks up on purchase. I purchased my house Cash from Dr. Horton with a ten year warranty...the warranty is a very Big Lie. No attempt was made by Dr. Horton and HeartDesign to replace the countertops. Resolution Sought Replace the countertops.
