I have been with Heartland since early 2021. They do not contact about anything regarding my consolidation. I have recently decided to refinance my home to sub off the consolidation . I've sent them numerous emails asking for documents for the bank I'm using for refi , they have yet to send anything and it's been 4 weeks! They are holding everything up ! I've tried calling several, several times and the message says high call volume and give a number like 79th in line. I called back 25 min later and it's only down to 78th. I called again an hour before they close and it says they are closed at that time. I have no way to contact them for the info I need! There is no way to delete my checking info to stop them from taking more money. I've threatened them with a lawyer and still nothing!!! Resolution Sought Send me my documents so I can pay off the consolidation!!!
