I went into contract with this business and CFSB bank over the summer for a 2009 Jeep Wrangler UnlimitedX. I only owed ONE payment on it and stated that it was 51 days behind payment. I have receipts showing I only owed the one payment and was paying it two days after the incident took place. I am active duty Army and had to PCS to Ga in June 2023. Abt 2 weeks after I got here my family and I were at dinner. Myself, my son, my spouse, and autistic daughter. While at dinner, the car lot snuck on the property of the business and repossessed the jeep. I wasn't shown the repo note or approached to get my things. I was left in 110 degree temps, stranded w my spec needs daughter and family. To get it back, the stated I had to pay the full amount of loan almost 12k. I deployed 2 weeks later. They refused to apply SCRA to my loan and I never signed a waiver releasing my SCRA rights. Resolution Sought I would like the jeep back and on track where it was money wise or something equivalent to the price and vehicle.
