I'm a female purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Hearts Cars, LLC from a guy he advised me the van was in good shape. He also advised me it was first come first serve. Me being a female took a friend he said it was in good shape. Come to find out it needs a heater coil, and housing oil is leaking, sensors, and cadillac convertor my mechanic advised me of. My mechanic was out of town was trying to start a business to transport the disabled for Medicaid/Medicare. Contacted Charles the guy who sold me the Van now he saying I'm evil. I will reap what I sow. Resolution Sought Provide assistance with the repairs or give me my money back.

Company called stating consumer went to purchase the van with her son and they inspected the vehicle an test drove it. The credit card system was malfunctioning and could not make the payment that day. The next day customer went in again with a mechanic, looked at the vehicle over and over and test drove it twice. They paid for the vehicle after the mechanic inspected it and left. Customer drove it for about two month, and then customer called to complain on problems with the vehicle. The vehicle was sold As Is. Customer has called business using profanity and making threats. The vehicle was used for over month they don't know what was done to the vehicle. The vehicle was sold As Is.
