This company scams seniors, does not return phone calls.

We took our problem to our credit card company, but wanted you to know this company scams seniors, does not return phone calls, does poor work, and is totally unprofessional. They advertise a 39.00 check up fee, then came back with a list of things that should be done for 5700.00. Shocking! We got them down to 4000.00. That still was too much. Started on June 1, 2020, they didn't finish until 3 weeks later. For one full week they avoided our calls. The young boy who came to clean ducts had no supplies except for the vacuum. No ladder, no drop cloth, no cleaning tools. Talked us out of cleaning one vent as it was an inconvenience for him. He was totally inexperienced, which the company admitted. We have taken matters into our own hands, Wanted you to know about this scamming company and the 'artists' who work there. Tell them you received a complaint.
