I made an appointment for a massage their policy is to pay advance. So I did pay for a massage a couple of weeks before my schedule appointment. Do to I had forgotten to bring my V.I.P pass they did not honor the massage. After I explained and pealed to please consider me keep schedule appointment. I woman repeatly refuse the message and try to charge me for a message. I refuse because I had pay in full a couple weeks advance before the message. The woman continue to put me down and refused th massage a h n began to o tell her co worker. She did not bring her pass. So she have to cancel service. After I continue asking to honor my service. She mock me then refuse. I stated so I lose out my payment no refund she said how about them . Resolution Sought My refund
