I had a septic issue on July 16, 2021, and called Heavenly Throne plumbing and spoke with Jeremy Coy, who come out. When Mr. Coy came he said he can fix the problem. After he completed the job he said if we still had the problem please give him a callback and he wrote on the receipt 90 days warranty. The next day we still had the (smell) problem, so I reached out to him and told him we still had the smell, he said to give it a day or so for the smell to go away., which I did, but it never did! I call him July 28th, August 19th, August 20th, and August 22, 2021. Each time I call Jeremy Coy the owner, he would say, I will be there tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. Resolution Sought My desire is to get the problem fix or return the money in order to hire someone else to fix the problem.

This is leianna with heavenly throne plumbing. I’m so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately Jeremy has been having some medical problems but I would like to make this right with you. I appreciate Leianna's response. However, I am not at all satisfied with this response because this has been an ongoing issue. Jeremy has made many promises to come out and never shows. He always has an excuse for why he does not come out........ "I have car trouble, It's late I will come tomorrow, or I just came out of the hospital with Covid! Until someone actually comes out to follow up on this issue I will not be satisfied! Thank you!
