Found this place to have my full vehicle windows tinted. About a few weeks after my windows got tinted I messaged the owner saying all my windows are bad and have bubbles and or creases. Owner told me Dokato you're car is used car and you live on a Dirt road and plus you bought that and the previous owner did not remove all of the adhesive and I couldn't get my fingers in certain areas to clean!!! It's as it is!!!! You live in central Oregon!!! It's not a new car!!! No refund or redo's that's her exact words copied from my text message. My personal opinion that is very unprofessional and I don't think that's how any business should treat their customers. Very rude. Resolution Sought Would either like the business to fix fix their work or give me a refund rather that be them take the window tint off or not

He has a 2010 Mini Cooper Cope. He had just bought that. I tried to clean up his small back windows, but couldn't get all the adhesive off and the way the windows were, I told him I would do my best and he said ok. Unfortunately we live in Central Oregon it's always windy and lots of bad climate. I took him home and he lives 20 minutes away and it's nothing but gravel road up to 10 miles where he lives. The older cars after 2 years old tend to have more dirt. The only way to avoid any dirt bubbles is if the car is brand new. Unfortunately, there is just that one kind of customer's that does look at the facts has to be that complicated one... I am not going to redo or refund him.
