I tried to dispute a few transactions I was not familiar with from my account. Which they have not once notified me about these transactions. When I was talking to the representatives they would tell me they could open a new a. Punt for me and tell me afterwards I'd have to use the same account then when I talked to a supervisor they were very disrespectful and kept interrupting and talking over me. Then she proceeded to tell me the same thing over and over again and talked to me like I was dumb. This is not the first time I have had to close an account due to something getting into my account and every time I've had to call about it they have been no help. Resolution Sought I would like them to do their job instead of me having to do everything for them and I'd like for whoever/whatever to stop taking money out of my account without my authorization.
