I brought my Cadillac in here on December 6 2023. I was told that the repairs would cost 1,400$ they knew what was wrong and it'd get fixed. I called them twice a week or more because I felt like they were taking so long . I'd call and they'd say we will get to your car tomorrow, so I'd wait and call that next day, then they'd say oh we got the wrong parts ordered, you do realize you brought us a Cadillac not a ford, I said yes I know but you're the one who said you could fix it, when I asked you if I needed to take my vehicle somewhere else you said no. Well after only driving my car one day just around town, I hear loud noises coming from where the breaks would be, I thought maybe it was cold and it's only the weather, but no I believe they didn't even fix my car, took the money, and think there's nothing I can do. Well I'm not going to let this go. Those service men know that they ripped me off, and they know they didn't fix anything because they don't work on Cadillacs. This is serious and it's very important to make sure that you take care of another's vehicle as you'd take care of your own. I got my car back on January 3rd 2024 26 days ago. I have called the dealership 4 times since but they keep saying whatever is wrong isn't what we did, it's something new issue. The whole thing is shady and now I'm out alot of money. I just want my money back so someone can fix it the right way. When I asked them to check it, they said well this is nothing we did. Resolution Sought I want my money back so I can find someone who will fix it the right way. I feel they need to pay for the cost of new repairs, I believe they had the opportunity the several times I've called to let me go elsewhere.
