I tried to cancel my order within minutes of ordering because it was the wrong part. I immediately went to there customer support email and waited for a response. The next day I emailed them a couple of times and called but, to, no avail. I feel like I've been scammed. I can't trust a company that won't respond to there customers. I want my money back! I don't care about any policy they may have. They should of answered me. Please help me. Resolution Sought I want my money back would be the best scenario.

I want to report a sales website named hedocell. I recently bought an item from this company but there was a problem with the item I bought and I tried to get in touch with them but they won't call u back or return your emails. I starting to suspect they are a fraud. It's been a week. Never heard from them. Just sell people wrong items and take our money. Please I hope you all can help out and see what the problem is. Resolution Sought I need you to try to get in touch with this company.
