I live in apartment complex where I pay for my parking I had a vehicle towed from my spot for being double parked on 12/23/2022 when that was looked into by myself and maintenance come to find out my parking space is on 8 feet all the other ones are 10feet or more I've been trying to get ahold of the manager of the property for one because she as a contact with the tow company and she didn't even give authorization for the tow. I had to pay over 1000 dollars to get the car back and for two about fixing the parking space she never got back to me but someone from the office and maintenance knew about the problem never fixed it never reply to calls or text about issues and now 1/16/2023 my other car that has a parking permit was once again towed by the same tow company for the same reason again maintenance measure the parking spots and still hasn't been fixed my car is still impounded and now is that $953 management still hasn't got back to me or fixed the space and as not even gotten back about looking at the footage about either tows and I also know for a fact that she blocked both me and my husband phone numbers cause I called from a different number she answers says she'll give me a call back and never does and now that number is blocked as a tenant I know I'm being done wrong and suffering behind the property management and their lack of their managing the property. Resolution Sought To fix the parking space and if possible have my car released cause it was not at my fault.
