They have garbage for equipment

I spent over$800 to rent a machine that didn't function properly. I told them about it, they think that keeping the total amount I spent on a machine that didn't work properly is a fair outcome. Feels like theft in my opinion..... I will Never go to that place again and wish I never did in the first place.
