Hey his company has reported false information to the credit bureau on my account and my significant other account. His name is Chris Draughan I am trying to contact them so I can get all my statements for the credit card companies that we have paid off through Helbing law firm. They will not answer my calls or respond to my emails. I just need the information they sent to all three credit bureaus fixed and reported correctly. They have posted that it has been a charge off and that is incorrect and now it is hurting our credit where we can not get a loan for new house for our handicap child. The bank says this will drop off our credit reports in three years since we didn't pay well we did pay and are getting screwed. I need this done for the safety and health of my child. Please help. Resolution Sought Contact the credit bureaus and fix it on our credit reports so we can get a loan to build a new house for our child. Ee paid them $974 a month for almost 4 years to pay off our credit cards and now it's saying that it's a charge off. This is not good business.

I singed a contract I October 3, 2018 with the understanding my debts would be settled in 4 years. Well that 4 years has come and gone. Only 2 of my 6 accounts have been paid. I have sent numerous emails and get no response from them. If I actually call the office all I get is the run around. I want something done with my remaining debts. Resolution Sought Communicate with me what is going on and why they haven't fulfilled their part of the contract. I would like the. To communicate by email as I am hard of hearing and the phone is difficult for me.
