I cannot believe the customer service i just received from hello fresh. BUYER BEWARE. Say you want to take a break for a week from your subscription. So you cancel your subscription. Then a week or two goes by and you want to look at they're menu. Which (opens your subscription), you don't select any menu items but ta-da you receive an email saying you have a hello fresh package arriving tomorrow. This company has SHADY COMPANY TACTICS and it should be illegal. Customer service unwilling to work with you. So I'm left to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Resolution Sought Refund my money

I filed a complaint last week regarding fraudulent charges on my bank statement by this company. Please refer to this complaint # 21722643. The company initially set me the full refund of $130.87 for a Hello Fresh box that I never received nor did I ever order. They deactivated the fraudulent email account that was on my account. Once the refund cleared I was automatically charged yet again $130.87 and that charge posted onto my account. This is completely unacceptable. There is huge fraud going on in this company. Resolution Sought I want my refund for $130.87 (check mailed to me so I can personally deposit it) and all of my personal information deleted from this company website. I will never place an order again from this company simply because I do not trust them. If I am charged again I will contact the police and press charges.
