they automatically charged me 130 dollars for a box and when i told them i didn't want the box and wanted a refund they said they couldn't give me one because its already on the way but the lady told and asked me if i wanted to change anything in the boxes bc i still had time Resolution Sought i want them to refund me my money and not charge my card without permission again

The Hello Fresh had send me from their site an offer for food and I opened the site and I looked what was the meal they had, I have never selected any food by the time just looked at. That occurred between 01/10/2024 or the 01/11/2024. I got a text message about the food delivery on Friday 01/12/2024 and I contacted the site and I send to Hello Fresh a message that I did not order any food and I would like to cancel and have my refund. On 01/14/2024 they delivered the food any way. I call them on 01/15/2024 and I asked where should I send the food because I did not order their selection of food and they refused to allow to have the food back and my refund. I called my bank to complain and they advised me to contact the BBB for a dispute about this case. Resolution Sought I want them to take their food and refund my money because I didn't authorize this purchase, nor did I receive any confirmation of purchase for this order.
