Hello mobile so my account to Liberty I had text phone calls that I can get and make, now I can't receive either one text or phone calls and part of the websites I can't even get to on my phone, no one at customer service can answer the phone call they keep hanging up on me I can't get any solutions as to what my problems are as I inserted a new SIMs card that they had sent me like I said before I had text call phone internet now I can't get hardly anything specially the calls and texts and part of the internet is just blotchy you can't even access the internet site Resolution Sought I would like $20 back, and I want my account canceled so it's not being taken out of my bank account for the $10 every month because the phone service isn't even worth it, I'm not able to use the phone unable to get calls unable to get texts or send them and like I said the internet's blotchy it is showing me something about hands up or hands down on each side I go to just about it

This is a wanna-be business. I would not recommend this to anyone. They talk like they are so convenient, easy to port your number. They don't say it takes 30 days to port. Now, why the hell would I want to wait 30 days for this?? By that time, everyone would already have the new number. You set on hold forever in an online chat and they never answer. I've had one address, and then they question your address. No. People don't do it. Not worth it. Resolution Sought I want my $25 back. It's a dang circus!!
