I pay two months $80 of service and received REFUND only one

Horrible customer service! The company wants to keep my money because after 7 days of testing they do not return the money. The issue is that one day don't have service and called two consecutive days to activate them and they could not do it because they changed the technology from 4G to 5G. So cancel the account. It's not my fault.

Horrible service in every department

I hope anyone looking for affordable service sees this as a warning to never do business with this company worst experience Ive ever had with any company 499 East Sheridan Street, Suite 400 Dania Beach, FL 33004 This is their address because it's not posted on any of their sites and they refused to give it to me but I contacted bbb and should be receiving my refund soon once again by pass this company at all cost
