Hello fresh is double charging me for meals. They automatically send you meals that are not confirmed by customer. So they assume you want the package. They're charges on how they process they're orders are not making sense and should be investigated. I should be contacted at 804-815-2115 (Mrs. Hollins) for more detailed information regarding my complaint. Resolution Sought I would like the business to have hello fresh either refund me the remaining funds that I am desiring which is not much or two supply me with two extra meals that meets my credit amount, that caused my 2nd shipment to not be provided to me. Due to my second shipment being stolen and delivered to the wrong residence.

I was charged twice for two boxes of meal prep food that I did not receive. I called the company 3 times and the first two times they were able to access my account and pull up the charges no supervisor was available and they told me one would contact me within 24 hours, no call was returned to me. The third time I called the representative informed me she could not access any record of my charges (the email was not mine on file which I found out the second time I called) and would not let me talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. I have three small children and $100 is a lot of money to me to be thrown away for a service I never received. The first two people I talked to were rude and told me contact my bank but my bank is unable to do anything due to the fact my card was on file with them which I am unsure how it was. They have been no help and it resulted in me getting over draft fees and not being able to pay for my Children's lunch money on time. Horrible company to deal with Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed for charges and neglects of them providing help to me when I tried more than one time.
