I called them to help with a plumbing problem in the shower which was leaking through the floor to another level. The young plumber decided we needed new stems to the tune of 12,00.00. I didn't agree or sign anything. The company is holding us responsible for the $200.00 of which we paid 40.00 already. They won't release us from any further obligation. We have no intention of using them again. Again there was no signed paperwork and no further paperwork or visitation from them. Resolution Sought Further release of $140.00.
