We signed up with this company to assist us in exiting our timeshare in December 2019. Nothing has really been done since then. We have received letters from them that they compose for us to send to our timeshare. There have been about 9-10 letters sent over the past 2 1/2 years, but still getting no where with exiting our timeshare. They told us it would be completed within 18 months or 100 of fees would be reimbursed. We want our money back! This company is not worth working with and we still have to contend with the nasty calls we get from our timeshare company. Resolution Sought We would like a refund of our money paid to them.
