I made a layaway at Helzberg jewelry store in person. Kept the layaway for almost a month went in store to cancel. Sales associate talked me into changing item. Kept layaway for almost a month then went in to cancel. Sales manager guaranteed he cancelled layaway. Never received a refund. This happened in January. Continue to call and no one knows why I haven't received a refund. This overdraft my checking account because I did a dispute with my credit union. The credit union did no investigation. I would a refund of the down payment. I never took merchandise out of the store. I would the company placed on the list for bad business. Resolution Sought The company should refund my money and be placed on the list for bad business practices. You can't just keep a customer's money.
