I tried placing an order for my husband and tried to use my preferred method of PayPal and after several attempts the website would not let me do this, so I ordered with my credit card. At the end of the order they asked for star reviews and I gave them one, because I said I couldn't use my preferred method of payment, but order was placed. 11:05 that evening Mr. Gregg Hempel called our residence for my husband and asked why one star review. I spoke and said I gave that review and he called my husband an a…hole and said don't worry we are cancelling your order and hung up. I thought this was unprofessional and harassing at this time of night. How quick my order was cancelled, but my refund on my credit card has not surfaced. Resolution Sought I would like to order this product because my review had nothing to do with placing the order, just Mr. Hempel ego.
