I've had a leak in my apartment for the past 5 months and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do I have not had cold water in my kitchen since I moved in and I haven't had AC yet this year they constantly threatened to charge me more money for anything and everything they can yet refuse to even spray poison down. I've made every complaint to everyone I can and cannot get any action started I have had to buy equipment and replace household furniture due to leak Resolution Sought To have leak fixed ac fixed and running cold water in kitchen. Possibly even reimbursement for me spending so much time and resources to live normal life not smelling mold constantly.
