Consumer alleges your company put her sofa on the street and it is now ruined. Consumer took in her sofa on or about 09/1/2026 for repairs. She paid $75 to have it checked out. She never got a call about the repair therefore she went in person and the owner said he had no updates, the carpenter was not in and asked her to leave. He raised his hand towards her with a tool, however he became very violent. She called the police and was advised to leave because she was scared and was feeling sick from the whole ordeal. About a week later after she started feeling better, she went back with the police to try and pick up the sofa however was told that it was out on the street. The sofa was in poor condition, exposed to animals etc. At this point her living room set is not ruined because it is missing a sofa. She got to speak to the carpenter and he said that he had found the problem the same day and it was an easy repair. The carpenter did not understand why the owner did not tell her. Consumer wants a refund of $75.00 paid for no reason and be paid for the ruined living room set.
