Paving was done at my home on 10/1/2019, Henry did inform me on that day that gravel was placed first under the paving,which clearly isn't the case because the asphalt is cracking and breaking apart and you can visually see there isn't any gravel. On all portions of the driveway there are holes showing breakdown, I've been a homeowner for 18 years and this is my very first time getting my driveway done over,I was excited about this project bein done but now it has turned into a nightmare,and I'm totally embarrassed for anyone to come up into my driveway because it's clearly noticed it was a botched job Resolution Sought I would say for him to come back and do it properly,,but I don't want him ever at my home again,,so I would like a refund so that I can give the job to another business that takes much more pride in their work and aim to please their customers.

Company states: I paved Ms. Brown's over 35 months ago, which I give a 12 month warranty. Not once did she contact me with concerns of driveway, until three weeks ago. When I went out to look at the driveway, she started yelling and searing at me. I did not see any holes or cracking like she said. But, I did notice a sloppy coast of driveway sealer applied to driveway. It's been over 35 months that I repaved driveway. i don't know what she wants from me when I see nothing wrong with driveway that no longer has a warranty.
