I sent the items that I purchased via FedEx and they conformed the items were received. They refunded the first payment of $106 on the 23rd of December, but took it right back out if my account stating stating I hadn't signed the refund waiver. I signed the refund waiver and it still took 3 business days. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my $144 payment for the inventory. I called the refunds and repurchase department and they say that they're closed. I called the corporate office and they say that they're closed as well although I'm calling during normal business hours. I am growing very impatient with Herbalife. Resolution Sought I just want them to issue me my refund.
