I went to this store and the employee shorted me on the product. I called them to have them make it right, I spent almost $160, and they told me that I was not short anything and told me to go somewhere else!! This should not be allowed! Herbology rips hard working customers off and it needs to be stopped!! I am contacting a lawyer and pursuing a lawsuit! I have been going to this dispensary for over 3 years and spend A LOT of money for them to tell me oh well? Bad business!! Thia place is a scam! If your employee makes a mistake you must make it right! That's how a great business runs! This employee has had many, many complaints for her ripping customers off by not giving them what they paid for yet she still works there! Resolution Sought Give me my quarter your employee shorted me that I payed for!!

Thank you for reaching out to us and allowing us to respond to the accusation put forth by Mr. Stapleton. Mr. Stapleton came into our establishment, Herbology Cannabis Co., on October 16, 2021, late in the afternoon. He purchased two items; an ounce that is supposed to weigh 28 grams, and an eighth that is supposed to weigh 3.5 grams. The eighth is a prepackaged item and comes sealed from the vendor whereas the ounce is weighed by one of our Budtenders and bagged in front of the customer. Mr. Stapleton later called the store claiming that his ounce was under 28 grams, "that he was shorted". We use high end scales that are properly and regularly calibrated, but understanding that we are all human and can make mistakes, the manager reviewed the cameras. The manager discovered the "ounce" was actually weighed to 28.59 grams according to the footage. We contacted Mr. Stapleton to let him know our findings, but ended up having to leave a voicemail saying so. Sometime later, Mr. Stapleton called the store stating he would never shop at our establishment again and did not want to speak with a manager when asked. Again, we appreciate the opportunity to respond, as we were under the impression that we had exhausted all avenues to remedy Mr. Stapleton's complaint. As a result of our investigation process, we found that there was actually no bearing or evidence to corroborate his complaint, therefore we deemed it resolved.
