I rented a 26k forklift on 9/26/22 & it was supposed to be picked up the same day 9/26/22 three days later it was picked up. I was quoted $789.00 & they billed my credit card $2381.02 I have been in contact with Herc almost every day since this took place & have got only the run around. They keep stating that it is going to be taken care of. I am in customer service myself & if I treated any of my customers in this manner I would not have any customers. Resolution Sought I have been told several times I would get a refund of $991.71 & that would fix the problem. But I will not keep waiting for Herc to get their heads on straight. They need to figure out how to treat customer. Without customers they don't have a business.
