I bought a used truck from the dealership December 22. Since then it has been in the shop for over 3 months for a new motor and Terri used transmissions. The transmission is still jerking and I have been contacted the service manager on several occasions about this new problem. I was told to bring the vehicle in and do a test drive with one of the service reps. I came in for the appointment and they left me sitting for 3 1/2 hours they never did the test Ride With Me. But I was told they did the test ride their self. This was not satisfactory at all. I'm disabled and rely on this vehicle daily. I keep being told they can't find a problem, but there is clearly serious issues with my transmission. I don't know where else to turn because it's become constant. My first transmission they put in was giving me the same trouble and they told me they couldn't find any problems that, two weeks later I was left in 100° weather with an infant on the side of the road for hours! Resolution Sought I need my vehicle repaired correctly! I need them held accountable. I'm making payments on a vehicle that I'm afraid to drive.

We take this complaint seriously and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Is is my understanding the store manager, Shawn Davie has been in direct contact with the customer and that he personally met with her on Friday, 1/26/24 and that her concerns are being properly addressed by Heritage.
