On Friday April 19th at 6:00 pm my and my daughter went ti Herkimer nails to get full sets. Mine and my daughter's nails were done absolutely terrible. While getting my nails done k complained that they were uneven and they hurt. She just filed more, didn't take the nails off and redo them. They closed at 7:00 pm so I couldn't go back there the same night. They were also closed Saturday April 20th and Sunday April 21st. So I couldn't go and have them fixed. I went to another Salon to have the nails removed because they were hurting me. I went in a politely requested a refund for mine and my daughter's nails I paid $171.00 for. She refused and was extremely rude and ignorant. I have a video of her saying she didn't care if she gave people sh*tty nails because it's still her time. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of $171.00
