Herlong ford delived the vicheal to me.acontract and Financing were secure I had it I had the vehicle for 2 months already when I received notice that the loan had been pulled due to herlong not turning in paperwork And not disclosing information to the underwriter. They then ran my credit.through 19 different places dropping it from the 700's to 500's .I Told him that they no wonder had permission to run my credit. The assistant CEO said that if they could not get me financing he would financing and helps himself, They then said that I had to bring the vehicle back and return it keeping my down payment. I got the vehicle December 30th had to bring it back February 10th it's now March and still no vehicle they are still running my credit without my permission and refusing to give me my refund. The owner Wes herlong meet with me said he Is taking responsibility for the languages of his staff and finance manager and that he personally would be getting me a vehicle. Promised on a stack of bibles still That he personally would be fixing this and that It does not often happen but something It does and there is no excuse for it. He then said that he had secured financing and that he was obtaining a vehicle for me a week went by and the vehicle was supposed to be ready not ready now it's in the shop another Waiting on a part with more broken promises and never a phone call back and more attempts to pull my credit. He is allowed his staff to damage My credit And broken contract&lied. Resolution Sought I have been without a vehicle to get to work and maintain mental health during this whole situation for months. now I'm In need of a bigger down payment due to their negligence I feel that the amount Of a Significant down payment. And Reimbursement For my lost hours at work and travels To And from his dealership is 40 minutes each way. They refused to finance me themselves in house even after they messed up my credit and did not apologize or take responsibility.$10,000.00 down payment
