The owner was doing promotion on his company on Facebook and Market Place since a few weeks. Last year in April we reached out to him because we needed to add a gate to our patio. He came to our house and sent us a quote (by text message) for the work we requested. Total was $2,000. We accepted it : he requested a deposit and provided us a receipt at time but took it back when full payment was made at the end of the installation. We requested his licensed number but never gave it but he told us to keep his contact as his work was guaranteed for life. This week end with the strong winds, one door of the gate felled down. We then call him to ask him to come and repair as agreed. And then he said that he has nothing to do with it and that he cannot do anything for us (and hang up on us) We hope you could assist us with these details.
