My mother had this service for over 10 years, and when she died, I moved into her house, and for the last three years, I've been utilizing their service they sent me an email one day saying they were going paperless so I provided them with my phone number my email address, and all of a sudden they quit picking up my trash, they didn't ever send me any correspondence, and they will not answer my calls. I have called four times and left four different messages for someone to contact me and they refuse to contact me for whatever reason I have a neighbor that is within 100 feet of my house and they pick his trash up every Tuesday and they ignore mine. Resolution Sought Contact me and tell me why they quit picking up my trash and why they won't call me back

I did respond to Mr. Davis' claim on your website, but I am unsure of its status. My office has an email address on file for Mr. Davis (followmeb@aol.com) & has attempted to contact him multiple times. (Copy of emails sent to cust fwd to BCA for review)
