Yarn was delivered to the wrong address...my neighbors house. I contacted both the carrier (FedEx) and the seller the day of delivery. No one responded for 5 days. My neighbor and I looked and could not locate the package. He found out that one of our other neighbors has stolen it off his porch. We went to get it back and she had opened the package and damaged the contents inside. The contents are unusable due to the damage. Called the seller today and was offered a $20 credit for an almost $50 order. I fail to see how I did anything wrong on my part. Resolution Sought I want a full refund for the entire amount.

I bought an embroidery kit from this company and they sent the incorrect thread. When I contacted them they acted like I was a liar and I made the mistake not them. When you order the kit it comes with everything, the customer doesn't choose each item. They want to charge me for the right thread after I already paid for it. They are horrible with customer service and should have to send me the correct item that I purchased. I even sent them a picture of what was sent, its not my fault and I shouldn't have to pay for another or pay to send the wrong back. Clearly I already paid for it , its their mistake Resolution Sought I want the correct thread, what I paid for
