I made the great mistake of hiring Hers and His plumbing for a simple bathtub cartridge replacement and it turned into a complete disaster Cody self proclaimed plumber came into my house leaving a trail of destruction and chaos in his wake. Incompetence at it's finest. Cody broke the water value while attempting to fix the cartridge. Proceed to let me know I did not have to pay the $250.00 dollars for the cartridge for he had broke the tub shower valve instead Cody said the repair for the tub shower valve would cost me $750.00 dollars expecting me to pay for his mistake. Complete lack of Accountability. Refuse to take responsibility for the damage denied and wrong doing. Left me to deal with the after math and find another plumber to fix the mess he left behind. Which ended up costing me $750.00 dollars to get the repairs done which Cody cause broken tub shower valve and back pipe causing a big leakage of water. Spoke to Hers and His manager Nathan and his response was he would not be refunding the money. This is very wrong and unethical you immediate attention in this will be greatly appreciated please help Resolution Sought I would like for Hers and His plumbing to refund back to me the money of $750.00 dollars I spent to fix the damage that Cody Leak Detection Specialist cause. A refund of $750.00 dollars can be mail to my physical address.
