I purchased HersheyPark passes online for my family. We ended up moving out of the area but planned to come to the park. We tried to go today, May 24th and were treated so rudely by workers and such a horrible experience (not able to eat although we had purchased a 2 a day meal plan) and other issues. We stayed one hour and 30 min and i contacted guest services and said i will never be back again, especially since i love hours away now. I was refused a refund even though i have already paid. Resolution Sought I'd like a refund of what I've paid and my passes can be deactivated.

We received your June 12, 2024 correspondece regarding a complaint filed by Ms. Dettlinger about her experience at Hersheypark Amusement Park, in Hersey, Pennsylvania, on Mary 24, 2024 and her reqeust for a refund in the amount of $2,300.00. On May 24, 2024, Ms. Dettlinger contact Herseypark about her experience and complained of, amount other things, that she was told that she had to get photos taken for the season passes she purchased before she could use the passes to enter the Park. This is a requirement for all individuals who purchase season passes for Herseypark. On May 24, 2024, Ms. Dettlinger purchased six (6) 2024 King Size Season Passes with All-Summer Twice-A-Day Dining Plan ("Season Passes") with a payment plan. Ms. Dettlinger has paid $1,0042.82 towards the purchase of the Season Passes, and her remaining payments totaling $1,339.56 were suspended at her rquest when she directly contact Hersheypark explained to Ms. Dettlinger that the Season Passes she purchased are non-refundable, and the Season Passes were deactivated at that time. Herseypark's website, as well as the agreement Ms. Dettlinger signed for the Season Passes, clearly state that season passes are non-refundable. We regret that Ms. Dettlinger continues to be dissatisfied with the response she received from Herseypark. As a courtesy, herseypark is willing to cancel the agreement Ms. Dettlinger signed for the Season Passes and she will not need to pay the remaining amount owed for the Season Passes. However, for the reasons set forth in this letter, herseypark will not be refunding the $1,004.82 that was paid by Ms. Dettlinger for the Season Passes.

Yes, I was offered a cancellation of my contract because you were not able to provide the services I Originally signed up for. I was not able to use my meal plan as many places were completely packed and the others were not open. The staff was rude that I encountered and after having a child not securely fastened in on a ride, I deemed it unsafe and we left. After what I experienced, most legitimate companies would offer a refund, but no, not HersheyPark. This is why they will never be on caliber with other large amusement companies. Very poor customer service and even their response is difficult to read due to grammatical issues. Sad to say the least.
