I am filing this complaint against HexClad Cookware regarding repeated product failure across my cookware set and an extended, frustrating warranty process that ultimately did not resolve the issue. I originally contacted HexClad after my entire cookware set began chipping. Multiple pans failed in the same manner. After a lengthy warranty process requiring extensive documentation and repeated photo submissions, the company approved replacements. However, approximately one year after receiving those replacement pans, the same issue has occurred again. The replacement cookware has now begun chipping in the same way as the original set. This indicates a recurring product durability issue rather than isolated defects. The warranty process itself was unnecessarily procedural. I was repeatedly asked for: • Proof of purchase • Serial numbers • General and close-up photos • Additional close-up photos • Dry-surface photos • Specific angles of particular pans Despite providing all requested documentation, the process involved multiple representatives, scripted responses stating "we are dedicated to providing best-in-class service," delays in shipping, and even an incomplete replacement shipment that required further follow-up. While HexClad advertises premium cookware built to last and backed by a lifetime warranty, my experience over the past year demonstrates repeated failure of the same products and an inefficient resolution process. A Resolution Sought I would like a refund completely.
