This is a platform that where you are able to take surveys and you get certain points for completing these surveys which can be redeemed for gift cards and I have been completing certain surveys and not getting credit for and I brought this up to customer service and their statement was that they're not getting paid basically so I'm not going to get paid and I've tried to take it up with management and nothing happened Resolution Sought I need the credits towards my account and apology letter
