I lived here about 7 yrs ago and now it is coming back to haunt me. They decided to wait until I got there, the day of move in to tell me that a pipe burst in the new unit I was supposed to move into. They then moved me into an older unit that leaked of cat urine in the middle of August. It took them about a week in a half and several calls to come clean the carpets. When they finally came, they only cleaned the stairs, so I had to go out and rent a carpet cleaner from Home Depot. Then my locks stopped working. There were several occasions i would come home after work at night and I could not get into my own apartment. I had to drive 45 minutes to my mothers home and stay there despite calling maintenance and getting no response. Not to mention the safety lights outside of the building didn't work the entire time I lived there, which is a huge safety hazard as it would be pitch dark there at night. I paid an extra $50 for a washer/dryer that didn't work the entire time I lived there.It took them over a week to fix my heat in dead of winter.I had a leak in the bathroom they never fixed.They changed hands several times while living there.When I moved out, the new staff didn't even know my lease was even up.I was so ready to go i left my security deposit and everything.The other day I find out that they placed a judgement for $2000 back in 2016 that i was completely unaware of.All that they have put me through and now this?! I call to find out about it and no one knows anything! Resolution Sought The resolve is to have the judgement removed.
