The maintenance requested is still not done 3 months later.

I live in hidden creek commons in Newark Delaware. They advertised washing machine and dryer in unit, 24/7 maintenance, and units up to Delaware code. My washing machine has never worked, I rarely receive maintenance due to there being one maintenance man, and it's never 24/7, and my unit has never been up to Delaware code. All the apartments here have major flooding and none of the appliances work. The last plumbing issues is the toilet above me leaking sewage onto my bathroom, this was going on since March. My ceiling still is not fixed, and I've had to call code enforcement out three times in two years to get maintenance done. My office manager Blatantly ignores my emails and has told me so In so many words. She filed to evict me within five days even tho I informed her I was withholding rent until the code violation that was brought to court by the officer was finished. The maintenance requested is still not done 3 months later.
