High 5 Games complaints

I signed up to the site and been playing for few months. Within that time I attempted to close my account & they would offer me free $ to keep account active. And I took their offer. Last week I had winning of $1000 when I tried to redeem I got a pop up says my account was restricted from making the redemption. Emailed support who tells me that there's no restriction preventing me from purchasing and redeeming. My account is fully verified. So attempted again and same pop up comes up emailed them again didn't hear back from them for 3 days with same no restriction on your account. So made attempt to withdraw. Same pop up. By this time I list the $ I won. So I emailed them and state since you didn't allow my to redeem my winnings I want full refund for my purchases. Fraud dept writes me back stating the restriction was put by me when I requested closure of account. But 2 of reps already told me no restrictions was on my account. If it the reason restriction was put there shouldn't purchasing also be restricted? That was not the case. They kept on taking my $ and when I won alittle they wouldn't let me redeem the winning. Tried to resolve through them but they just blocked me because I emailed the corporate office members. Which is not against the law. Because I didn't agree with his reason for denying my request I had the right to reach out to whomever I can to get the resolve. Resolution Sought Refund total purchase I made in the high5 games.con or at very least $1000 the winnings I couldn't redeem. I really need the $ I won because my generator died in my RV which is where I live because I'm homeless. Not being able to make the redemption put me in a situation where I am now sitting everyday with no electricity. Lost all my food in the fridge. I tried to relay to him that they can refund $ out of GOODWILL gesture. That I am penniless & in state of destitution. They don't care.
