This man took my money, ordered the part and has not returned, not answering my phone calls or emails. He was here for less than 5 mins Friday, said he would be back in 2 hour and I haven't seen or heard from him at all. He admitted he overcharged me and was going to refund me. Poor business practice Resolution Sought I'd like my stove repaired and my money back

Home owner was advised of modifications that his warranty company didn't cover our rates including labor and we charge the same for everyone. Mods done to the tap are $150 and our mods to the venting are $125 the homeowner didn't pay for anything else only what was done. the home owner was advised it would be $485 at 1st but we didn't have to do the other mods nor did he pay for the 2nd mod his insurance did. These are our prices and homeowner agreed I also answered his emails. Water damage wasn't from us how was it poor installation?

He finally contacted me today! Said he had been in the hospital but was leaving me messages. Unfortunately, they were text messages to my landline! He says he will be here tomorrow to return my money. But, as of July 15, I haven't received it yet. Frankly I have called today, left messages and I've been here all day. I think he is not really going to pay me back but it's making my stress worse as I'm currently down with pneumonia. I've called twice now, first thing today and last night. Now he isn't answering his phone. I guess he is scamming me.
