High Power Towing does not have an email address listed on its website, and I refuse to verbally contact the company. I sent all 7 attachments through text to the number 770-378-6745. The same number I spoke with Chris and Tecroy Morrison, owner of High Power Towing. The owner of High Power Towing has access to phone taping because when I approached him about what Chris stated to me. I said Chris said, "You don't know who you are f*****g with". Mr. Morrison corrected me, and said, "he did not use the word f**k". If he refuses to turn over tapes to you, that shows my claim is correct. With the tapes, you can hear every conversation between myself and High Power Towing. You can hear the conversation between APD Officer McEachern and Mr.Morrison, Because when Officer McEachern started speaking with Mr.Morrison, he left myself, and APD Officer Szufor inside my apartment, until he finished the conversation. Officer Douglas was straight forward and told me he does not speak to any party in these types of situations, but did ask Mr.Morrison, "How much does he owe you", and heard Mr.Morrison say,"$75", Friday, June 27th, the same day Mr.Morrison went from $75 to $300, and I must tow the van out of his yard at the time transaction. The total adds up to $545, or losing my van because of the inability to pay. When on Thursday, July 7th, Rigoberto Garcia, the owner of Metro Auto Repair Services told me the cost to fix my van is $190. I disability tag in my van. Resolution Sought Make this right. It's bad enough when a company treats a normal citizen unfairly, but worst to predicate on the disabled.
