I had to have car fixed with a amount that I agreed to, but was over charged on the day I went to pick it up. I have all receipts and invoices and have sent it n proof of overpaying them. They won't refund what I'm owed. Resolution Sought Pay me what I over paid them on day I went to pick up car. I tried to tell them that what they were asking me to pay was incorrect and I explained it numerous times. They would not listen and I had to get my car on that day. So I've been trying to get a refund after sending in RECEIPTS and they are refusing to answer me
