I had to have car fixed with a amount that I agreed to, but was over charged on the day I went to pick it up. I have all receipts and invoices and have sent it n proof of overpaying them. They won't refund what I'm owed. Resolution Sought Pay me what I over paid them on day I went to pick up car. I tried to tell them that what they were asking me to pay was incorrect and I explained it numerous times. They would not listen and I had to get my car on that day. So I've been trying to get a refund after sending in RECEIPTS and they are refusing to answer me

I bought a rebuilt transmission and put in by there mechanics at their store location. I paid in full on Saturday, August 13, 2022. I took it home and on Monday August 15, 2022 the transmission I bought broke down. My truck will shift in gear but can't drive or go. This is the fourth (4) tranny they put in and took almost one year now since I got it in the shop. Also, paid for two (2) new batteries at $202.00 but a run-down batteries were put in and I included this in the total for refund. Even though it has warranty and four attempts to fix it, but I don't trust them anymore and take my business elsewhere.. Resolution Sought I Like to get my refund on the transmission and batteries (2) I bought from there shop or store.
