We checked in about 230 am the guy at the desk said that we only can stay until 11am we paid full price for 5 hrs that's the most ridiculous shit I've ever heard not to mention we get to the room room 21 and there are roaches everywhere and I took a video Resolution Sought We would like either another night a discount or a full refund being that's all the money we had and are homeless
