Practice professional and good customer service, this company should know clients are customers too.

Had a brief conversation with owner Noland the owner or supervisor there is very rude as well as unprofessional, loud ,and apparently has anger issues. this complaint is just a verbal one not a dispute over money okay. i simply had to send this one in due to the fact i took a good detailed look at the company's reviews history and it seems that Noland or another head in charge over there has an answered to all or anyone saying anything about this company once it appears to be the company's fault or just bad judgment they even go to the extreme to reply to all or the ones that they don't like and as petty as this company is they(the person or ppl doing the replying) even in a poor attempt to make it look good in there favor, the company will put clients name and information about the clients personal business nothing pertaining to Hill and Associates job interest only. They will call your job forwarding over any or all of the clients business with Hill & Associates which this should only be within that perimeter...its very unprofessional and totally wrong doing of this company to practice which foolery or mess to the degree the clients job is now being targeted since Hill & Associates cant get there way or don't want to do there job within legal practices and not doing all the undermining games okay I hope this complaint gets back to this company so they can reflect and make correct adjustments for future clients or issues.
