One week after I bought my 2016 Chevy Spark the Check Engine light came on I had it checked and was told it was the transmission. I called the dealership and he didn't seem to believe it, Kevin Hill the owner of the dealership said the car drove perfectly when I left the lot. Kevin suggested I take it to a Chevy dealer, The dealer charged me $300.00 to diagnose the problem and it was the transmission. Kevin stated there was nothing he could do because I bought the car without a warranty, he couldn't bend the rules for me! I understand all that but seriously one week and I had to put in $2500.00 so I could even get the car inspected and and plated. He refused to help me in any way. At one point he thought his mechanic could do the work but said it was too be of a job. I asked him to at least pay half to no avail, Resolution Sought I would like to see the dealership to have to pay for the repairs or at least pay for half of them.

Company states: I sell everything AS IS so when they sign all the paperwork AS IS, that means when they leave the vehicle is theirs. I cannot have people driving stuff for a week and saying something goes wrong and then it's my fault. So she signed papers As Is. She test drove the vehicle and everything was fine. That's the way it works.
