I informed Hillcrest that the basement door was left open and the ok untampered with. They have not responded nor investigated. I almost feel like they purposely don't do anything since I've complained the first time about them. It's terrible that we have to pay these idiots a property management fee and don't feel protected in our own home. I guess I'll have to protect myself. Resolution Sought 1. For them to get off their @$$ and do their job. 2. For anyone reading this to ask me, maybe I can help you make a better choice so you're not stuck with them too.
