Hillside Estates Manufactured Housing Community complaints

Trailer was not ready for move in. Absolutely disgusting, dead bird in broiler, shed leaks all over stuff and destroyed. Leaks in roof, mold growing, we've had to throw out a lot of kids stuff, lived without heat for almost 2 weeks (in November in Missouri), heat was fixed but duct work needs replaced, we have chilled air coming through vents, half the vents not hooked up, Maintenance man, Chris, gave us a refrigerator because ours wasn't working. Any Maintenance request we put in takes forever to be fixed if it ever does. They pulled down two sheds in the backyard and left a majority of trash, including glass, all over the yard. They upped our rent and never informed us, I only found out when I went to do a Maintenance request that it had gone up. Took 2 months to replace bathroom sinks. Master bathroom drain isn't attached to the house, you can see light through drain. We have 4 children who can not live in these conditions. This "business" is absolutely a joke. Corporate doesn't do anything, the lady in the office are just there to collect a check and flirt with whatever guy comes in. My husband won't even go into the office because of how uncomfortable they make him, one girl tried to hook up with the Maintenance guy while his wife was out of town. Chris, Maintenance guy, has been the most honest about what goes on. Our neighbors are the new Maintenance people yet they are always home none speak English and there's at least 5 people living there. Resolution Sought Move us to a more suitable place or come in an actually fix what needs to be fixed. Essentially do their jobs. They've proven several times they are incompetent and only care about getting the money. Emergency maintenance requests are not filled. The corporation, office and maintenance only work during the week...there's no plan for the weekend so that needs to change, no emergency to call on the weekends.
