Hilltop Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC complaints

I went through my home warranty company for service to repair a gas leak at my rental property at 3105 Eric cir Indianapolis, In 46235. The warranty company was able to contact Hilltop plumbing to repair the leaks. I talked to Mr. Hill, the owner and he requested that I pay him $250.00 advance before he could start the work. I then mailed him a money order from the post office and initially he claimed to not receive it, so I called again and paid him over the phone with my credit card. After he was paid, he never went and repaired the gas leaks. I then start calling him trying to get this leaks repaired for over two months and he would give me a date that the repair would be completed but never did any work. I then continued to call him almost every day and he once answered the phone and told me he got the money order and was putting in the mail to return to me. I never received the refund he promised and he stopped taking my calls. My warranty is aware of the problem and that stated there was nothing they could do. Resolution Sought All I want is my refund for $250.00 returned to me. I don't have money to give away for service that was never started nor completed. He just took my money.
